Please read these terms fully before placing an order. By accepting these terms and placing an electronic order, you are entering into a legally binding contract with Encore Printing & copying Inc. As such, you are legally obligated to pay for all services, products and wares purchased and received.
 
Purchaser:
 
I agree to pay, in full, for the services I am requesting from Encore Printing & Copying Inc. If this order is placed in the name of a company or establishment, I affirm that I am authorized to place this order on behalf of said company. In the event of any billing dispute resulting from an order placed by me for another company, I agree that I will be held legally responsible for payment of said order.
 
Payments:
 
Non-Credit customers:
I agree that as a non-credit holding customer, I will pay the total balance of my order, including all applicable taxes, upon completion and receipt of my order.
 
Credit customers:
As a credit holding customer, I agree to pay my account within 30 days, as specified, or I risk a late payment penalty of 2% per month. I understand that accounts of more than 60 days past due may be sent to collections or small claims court.
 
NSF Cheques:
 
I understand that cheques returned as insufficient funds are subject to a $40.00 NSF fee, which will be added to my account. I also understand that any further services or products that I order will be on COD terms.
 
Sales Tax:
 
All orders originating from Canada are subject to GST at a rate of 5%. All orders originating from British Columbia are subject to PST at a rate of 7%. I agree that if my company is PST exempt, I must provide Encore Printing & Copying Inc with my PST registration number at the time I place my order.
 
Delivery & Shipping:
 
I understand that free delivery is available ONLY within the geographical limits of Kelowna and Westbank. If I am located outside of Kelowna or Westbank, I understand my order will be sent to me by courier or I can arrange to pick it up. I understand that all delivery times are approximate and Encore Printing & Copying Inc will not be liable for any issues arising from deliveries made later than expected.
 
If I require shipping outside of the free-delivery area, I agree that I am responsible for paying shipping charges. I understand that out-of-area shipping may delay the turnaround time for my print order. I also understand that Encore Printing & Copying Inc is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen orders once in the custody of the shipping company.
 
Copyright & Indemnification:
 
I guarantee that all photographs, graphics, images and trademarks contained within the artwork I supply does not infringe upon the copyright of any person or company. I will indemnify Encore Printing & Copying Inc against all claims of responsibility arising from the printing and/or publication of such materials. I understand that Encore Printing & Copying Inc will not be liable for any damages arising out of the violation of laws or illegal use of copyrighted material, trademarks or slogans supplied by me.
 
Disputes & Complaints:
 
I understand that if I wish to make a complaint or dispute my order, it must be made within 5 business days of receipt of my order. In the event of printing errors made by Encore Printing & Copying Inc or its suppliers, I understand I am entitled to a reprint of the same job on the next run, with the errors corrected. I am still required to pay in full for my initial order. I am also required to return the original unsatisfactory product to Encore Printing & copying Inc. I understand if the problems stem from errors or omissions in the artwork supplied by me or my associates, Encore Printing & Copying Inc is not liable for re-printing and I am still required to pay for my order in full.
